3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the appointment is scheduled and payment (if applicable) is completed.
3.2 Fees
Service fees are displayed on the website or provided upon request.
Fees may change over time; however, confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payments must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.
For corporate programmes, payment conditions may be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

All materials, frameworks, visuals, documents, training content, and methodologies provided by Dr Vargas Solutions Ltd remain the intellectual property of the company.
Clients may not copy, distribute, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by clients, except where:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellations by the Client
1.1 Individual Coaching, Consulting, and Training Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no fee applies

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 100% fee applies, as the time slot cannot be reassigned
1.2 Packages and Programmes
For multi-session packages, unused sessions are non-refundable once the programme has started.
1.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a session without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is fully charged.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the session.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations.
3. Cancellations by Dr Vargas Solutions Ltd
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:

No cancellation fee applies

A new date will be arranged, or the session fee will be refunded
4. Corporate Clients
Cancellation and rescheduling policies for corporate programmes, workshops, or training engagements may be governed by separate agreements or contracts.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:

A prepaid session is cancelled by us

A client cancels within the allowed timeframe

A refund is explicitly stated in a written agreement
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
