As the Founder and Director of Dr Vargas Solutions Ltd (UK), he leads consulting, coaching, and training programmes that translate scientific knowledge into practical applications for individuals, teams, and organisations.
With professional experience across Europe and Latin America, Dr Vargas has worked in research, industry, and higher education — connecting engineering design, human factors, and leadership development.
His approach combines technical expertise, behavioural science, and strategic thinking to support innovation ecosystems that prioritise human well-being and organisational excellence.
He holds a Doctorate in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) from RWTH Aachen University, with a research focus on human-centred design, ergonomics, and applied systems engineering, complemented by qualifications in business administration and psychology.
